The electronic means of payment managerment or CRM (Costumer Relationship Management) is the Tecsidels Platform that manages communication between providers of payment service of the highway (concessionary service) and the end customers (users of the motorway).
Characteristics:
- Basic business customers management module: it manages the customers retirements and acquisitions as well as modifications. It also processes the services contract control, the associated physical devices, vehicles of customers, the accounting stateus and historical transactions, discounts, etc.
- Invoicing module: includes calculating pre-invoicing and automatic or manual billing, and manages the invoicing.
- Module of communications with collection entities management of non-performing loans and: it communicates with billing entities (banks), through the established protocols of direct payments on account, or direct debit. Customers with non-payments are treated properly to include them on blacklists.
- Stock of physical devices module: it manages the inventory of electronic devices, and communicates with the Hardware that initializes them. It controls retirements and acquisitions in warehouse, customer allocation, and defective devices.
- Module of communication with concessionaire service: it manages the exchange of information; on the one hand transactions performed by customers and on the other hand the lists of authorized customers, through technical and financial protocols.
- Module of communicating with customers: it manages users web area. It allows personal account enquiries, issuing invoices, and making secure payments.
- Quality of service module, also called the incident management module: it allows having a management and a lifecycle to anomalies and incidents of CRM of users claims. It includes tools for calculations of quality of service through KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
