Within the scope of the Secretariat proceedings of the meetings of the Board of Local Government, Parliament, informative commissions and decrees are managed daily.

Tecsidel is aware that they are somewhat special procedures: they must collect much information from all departments to process them in the sessions, while they must send much information to departments once held the session. They are processes with a very strong documentary burden because they should process: agenda, call, minutes, etc.
