This mobile solution consists of a self-contained embeddable in a warehouse (WMS SEGA or others) management system for the picking multiple orders simultaneously conducting.
In practice, it's a subdivision preparation cart, in which each position has a display. Truck design is totally flexible for each application as supports from 2 to 30 positions that can be adapted for any type of container (pallet, rollcontainer, boxes or buckets).
The preparation multiorder allows increased productivity, as it allows you to simultaneously perform several picking with a single shift by the picking area.

- It registers the container loading in the positions of the truck, and then starts the tour by picking from warehouse locations. A general truck display indicates the location of picking which must go, to validate the location, reading the barcode of the location, the system activates the displays of the positions of truck in which must be deposit product, indicating the amount.
- PTL truck ensures that you won't have confusions of container when depositing the product, while minimizing any mistake of quantity. The operator places the amount shown in each position and confirm by pressing the button for each target.
