We present a component integrated into SEGA WMS or autonomous for the optimization and management of the operations of a warehouse: SEGA OES. The generic version and multimodal, that allows the optimization of operations that combines the use of the various technologies used. It is also available in a stand-alone configuration to operate connected to an external system, ERP or WMS, through standardized interfaces.

There are specialized versions of OES for each technology:
- SEGA RF: for guided tours with RF terminals operations
- SEGA PTL: operations guided by lights
- SEGA PTV: for voice-guided operations
- SEGA WCS: for operations carried out by means of automatic materials handling equipment

SEGA OES can operate like SAP operations management system using standard system interface external SAP (based on IDOCS) and connected directly with RFCs or through PI.
