In the design of the solution we use various technologies, many of which we supply in form of turnkey projects:

By definition, our systems of optimization of operations tend to be incorporated into existing processes to improve them, which usually require some kind of interface with systems which receive orders, generally of a WMS system or possibly some kind of ERP operations capabilities.

The SEGA platform offers a flexible system of bi-directional integration with superior systems, which allows from the XML interchange to flat files or shared databases. When the host system is SAP, there are specific procedures for their standardized integration mechanisms (IDOCs, SAP PI...).

  • SEGA WCS, integrated component into SEGA WMS or self-employed for automatic systems of maintenance management (stores, AGVs, sorters, conveyors,...).

  • SEGA OES, integrated component into SEGA WMS or autonomous for the optimization and management of the operations of a warehouse.

  • SEGA PTL, system aimed at the preparation of orders without papers, which provides high productivity and reliability in picking or sorting operations.

  • Picking carts, autonomous equipment that can be integrated into a system of warehouse management (WMS SEGA or others) for the realization of picking multiple orders simultaneously.

  • SEGA PTV, system that allows the execution of operations in the store interacting with operators using voice, scanner, keyboard and screen at will. The use of voice in the execution of operations allows operators to have free hands and view and use them to exclusively handle the merchandise.

  • SEGA RF system for the execution of operations of storage and traceability of goods identified by bar coding or RFID using mobile terminals.
